Black housing, intended for Raspberry Pi 5. It is made of aluminum , thanks to which it dissipates the generated heat by acting as a heat sink . It has two built-in fans that additionally support air flow and simultaneously cool the entire system. The housing design protects the Raspberry Pi 5 against mechanical damage or accidental short circuits while ensuring an interesting and aesthetic appearance of the minicomputer. The casing is mounted with screws, so it can be dismantled multiple times without fear of damaging the structure. The set includes mounting screws, thermal tape and an Allen key.

Housing assembly

Before starting the assembly of the housing, it is necessary to glue the blue thermopads included in the set to the upper part of the housing. Then, the Raspberry Pi and the bottom case plate should be connected to the top using the included screws.

Fan connection

The fans have a two-pin cable that should be connected to the GPIO pins of the Raspberry Pi (5 V and GND). Installation does not require soldering, the cables are equipped with appropriate connectors. The correct connection method is shown in the diagram.
