Installation Environment

  • Install the equipment indoors only
  • Ensure good ventilation
  • Avoid wind, rain, and direct sunlight

Do NOT install the equipment in the following conditions:

  • Where temperature or humidity exceeds operating limits
  • Areas containing corrosive, flammable, or explosive gases
  • Environments with excessive dust, salt, or metal powder
  • Locations where water, oil, or chemical liquids may splash
  • Areas subject to strong vibration or mechanical impact
  • Near electromagnetic interference sources

Electrical & Environmental Protection

  • Use appropriate shielding measures when installed near:
    • Power lines
    • Strong electric or magnetic fields
    • Static electricity sources
    • Electrical noise or AC contactors

Maintenance & Cleaning

  • Perform regular maintenance to extend equipment life
  • Do not disassemble or repair the unit yourself
  • Clean only with a soft, dry cloth
  • Do not use alcohol, gasoline, or organic solvents, as they may cause discoloration or deformation

Emergency Notice

If water ingress, smoke, unusual odor, or abnormal noise is detected:

  1. Immediately disconnect the power
  2. Stop using the device
  3. Contact the supplier or manufacturer promptly

Measuring Box Dimensions

  • Width: 350 mm

  • Height: 450 mm

(Custom pump and valve control available:
AC220V / AC380V, 2.2kW–5kW for high-power pumps or special applications)

Key Button Functions

1. Start

  • Starts the quantitative program after setting the target value

  • For multiple batches or different units (L, Kg, t), configure parameters first, then press Start

2. Pause

  • Temporarily pauses the operation

  • Pump and valves stop

  • Press again to resume

3. End

  • Terminates the quantitative task immediately
