SN7473 Dual JK flip-flop with reset; negative-edge trigger
SN7473 IC from the TTL IC series includes two jk flip-flops, each unit of which has two inputs (j, k) and one output, a pulse clock and a reset base. A flip-flop is a binary storage device capable of storing one bit of information. The output of this IC is available in two ways: simple and reverse.
