- Once your order has been confirmed and prepared, it will be handed over to our delivery partner.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business (working) days from the date your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location and order details.

Delivery Attempts
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided are accurate.
If delivery cannot be completed because:
- the customer is unavailable,
- the address is incorrect or incomplete,
- or the customer cannot be reached,
additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
Inspection Upon Delivery
We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery.
If you notice that the package has been damaged during transportation, please notify the delivery representative (if possible) and contact Robot Pi Shop within 48 hours, including photos of the package and its contents.
